Job Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned accounts
Perform prospecting calls to recruit new customers
Assist customers with product needs using inventory and order entry platforms
Meet performance standards related to sales growth, customer retention, and account coverage
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
Good mathematical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in business administration, sales, or marketing
