Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
Perform prospecting calls to recruit new customers
Manage inventory access and order entry to assist customers
Maintain data integrity in company CRM software and support the Inside Sales Team
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
Exposure to business administration, sales, or marketing fields
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
Good decision-making and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales role targeting customer accounts
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to meet performance standards in sales
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
