What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value agency accounts, developing tailored partnership strategies
Promote preferred luxury travel suppliers and influence advisors' product choices to drive profitability
Build long-term growth through detailed account planning for top-tier luxury partners
Provide white‑glove support through communication, training sessions, and marketing resources
Analyze sales data and leverage CRM tools to monitor performance and uncover new opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3+ years in sales, partnership development, or a client‑facing role
Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high‑end consumer sales
Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% for events, partner meetings, and FAM trips
Exceptional consultative sales and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and premium service standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and active listening abilities
