THE OPPORTUNITY As a Strategic Account Lead, you will be a founding member of the commercial team – working directly alongside the CEO and CRO to build and execute enterprise sales strategy.

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract execution, targeting Fortune 500 accounts in verticals outside of financial services – including Pharma, Healthcare, Enterprise Technology and more.

This is a hunter role with direct impact on company growth and go‑to‑market strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the full enterprise sales cycle – with support from SDRs – targeting Fortune 500 accounts

Develop and leverage an executive‑level network across Pharma, Healthcare, Enterprise Tech, etc.

Partner with the CEO and CRO to define GTM strategy and build scalable sales processes

Build and maintain a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue against growth targets

Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals through large enterprise procurement processes

Serve as a consultative partner to C‑suite buyers, articulating clear business value

Relay market feedback to product and leadership to inform roadmap prioritization

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand pipeline and brand presence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required:

6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing multi‑million dollar deals across Enterprise SaaS, Consulting or Banking.

Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 organizations across complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.

Established executive network in Pharma, Healthcare, or Enterprise Technology, or other industries outside of banking.

Deep familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or equivalent).

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment.

Exceptional communication skills and executive presence – you have the polish and gravitas to command a room of CXO’s.

Preferred:

Experience selling analytics, AI, data, or business intelligence solutions.

Prior experience in a founding or early commercial role at a SaaS or enterprise software startup.

Background working in Big 4, Tier 1 banking, or major consulting firms.
