Pipeline Labs | Revenue Leadership Role (Sales Manager Remote) Pipeline Labs is hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing remote sales team.

We operate as a fractional CMO and revenue growth partner, helping businesses scale through lead generation systems, sales infrastructure, and performance teams.

This is not a corporate middle-management role. This is a leadership opportunity tied directly to production.

What You’ll Do

Build and lead a team of 8–12 sales reps

Coach and develop team performance

Maintain culture, accountability, and production standards

Drive gross sales growth across your team
