What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction
Collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in marketing for EMS software solutions or similar technologies
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in medical technology
Familiarity with training initiatives and preparation of training materials
Strong collaborative skills for working across cross-functional teams
Willingness to engage in travel for trade shows and industry events
