What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead sales relationship management efforts with assigned travel agencies to maximize value and revenue
Analyze individual agency businesses to enhance utilization of Travel Leaders Network programs and services
Develop annual marketing/business plans and provide progress reporting to agency owners
Create and execute strategies to increase preferred supplier sales and market share
Deliver exceptional customer service and business solutions that differentiate Travel Leaders Network from competitors
What is Required (Qualifications)
College degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the travel industry, covering agency operations and marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SalesForce
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently construct business and marketing plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading meetings and training sessions with strong facilitation skills
Familiarity with financial health metrics and reporting in a travel agency context
Proven track record of developing innovative strategies for agency engagement and revenue growth
