
We are looking for a professional and ambitious In-Room Dining Manager for our Luxury Resort! Ideal candidates will have experience with a 24hr IRD program at a luxury property, will have a stable and steady history of career progression, and will be looking to continue growing their career.
This position is based in St. George, UT and will require living and working in this area.

In-Room Dining Manager Qualifications
3+ years of F&B leadership in a full-service, luxury resort environment with IRD
Experience with 24hr IRD
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
Steady career history with progressive responsibilities
Ambitious and energetic personality – ready, willing, and able to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Collaborative and cooperative leadership mindset – works well with other departments
In-Room Dining Manager Responsibilities
Lead the in-room dining department with confidence and a clear vision
Manage the in-room dining team with integrity and consistency
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure proper IRD service
Develop and maintain SOPs for the IRD department
Create schedules for labor in line with the forecast and budget
Act as on-site leader during peak production times
Other duties as assigned
