What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive new business sales across various lines of business, achieving a target of $2.5MM incremental growth annually

Collaborate with regional, national, and headquarters sales teams, as well as cross‑functional departments like Supply Chain and Finance

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for new business, targeting and closing complex, high‑priority sales opportunities

Manage a multi‑year customer pipeline and provide monthly reports on prospecting progress

Identify and pursue growth opportunities across divisions and sectors

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consumer‑packaged goods organization

Strong thought‑leadership and team management skills

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities

Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time and live near a major airport in Georgia
