Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their needs
Run reports to verify accuracy of information regarding insurance and driving history
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must possess a Property & Casualty Producer’s License or be willing to obtain one within 15 business days of employment
Minimum of prior sales experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

Experience in the insurance industry or related sales field
Ability to multi‑task with speed and accuracy
Knowledge of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively
