Job Description Start Date: Mid-March Length: 6 months with opportunity to extend Hourly Rate: $65 Location: Remote, CST & EST time zones preferred Hours: 40 hours/week

We’reseeking aDigitalMedia Managerwith apaid socialfocus to lead hands-on execution, optimization, and performance of paid social media campaigns. This role ishands onkeyboard, with daily responsibility for activating,optimizing, and scaling paid and boosted social efforts across major social platforms.This role will take strategic direction from the internal PMT (Performance Marketing Team), particularly the digital media manager.

You’llserve as the primary point of contact for paid social execution and collaborate closely with Brand AORs toalign oncreative best practices& specs, executional details, and in-flight optimizations that drive results.This role will also have the potential to work within programmatic platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

Execute andoptimizeday-to-daypaid social media campaignsacross major social platforms

Serve as thefirst point of contactfor all paid and boosted social activity, including:

Campaign setup and trafficking

Real-time optimization and budget pacing

Audience targeting and segmentation

Creative rotation, testing, and iteration

Manage hands-on buying and optimization within paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat)

Monitor performance in real time and proactivelyoptimizetoward campaignobjectives(awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion)

Partner withcreative agencieson:

Executional planning and campaign setup(including trafficking process)

Creative best practices and ad format recommendations

Platform-specific specifications and timelines

Ensureaccurateimplementation of tracking, pixels,taxonomy,conversion events, and platform integrations

Troubleshoot delivery, performance, or approval issues and providetimelysolutions

Support campaign reporting, insights, and learnings to inform future social strategies andoptimizations

Contribute to the development and refinement of paid social best practices, standards, and documentation.

Ensure campaigns adhere to brand safety, data privacy, and platform compliance standards.

Qualifications

5+ years extensivehands-on paid social media buying experiencewith strong working knowledge of major paid social platforms and ad managers

Proven experience executing andoptimizingpaid social campaigns end to end

Experience managing bothpaid and boosted socialcampaigns

Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including:

Audience targeting and lookalike modeling

Bidding and budget optimization

Creative testing frameworks

Performance measurement and KPIs

Experience collaborating with Brand AORs orcreativepartners

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously

Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing campaigns across multipleobjectives(upper- and lower-funnel)

Familiarity with creative best practices across social formats (static, video, carousel,short-form)

Working knowledge of:

Programmatic buying platforms

Adobe Analytics

Audience management platforms (Liveramp)

Background in an agency or high-volume in-house media environment

Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations

Passion for staying current on paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats

Curiosity inagriculturea plus
