We’relooking for aDigitalMedia Buyerto support the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital media campaigns acrossprogrammatic and paidsocial. This is ahands-on-keyboardrole focused on execution, platform management, and operational support - working closely withDigitalMedia Managers to ensure campaigns are launched accurately,optimizedefficiently, and run smoothly.This role will take strategic direction from the internal PMT (Performance Marketing Team), particularly the digital media manager.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital media career who wants deep, practical experience across platforms, buying models, and campaign types.
Primary Responsibilities
Support day-to-day execution and real-time optimization ofdigital media buys across programmatic and paid social
AssistDigitalMedia Managers with: Campaign setup and trafficking
In-flight optimizations and budget pacing
Performance monitoring and delivery checks
Execute and supportendemic digital buyingand direct publisher campaigns;Help track partner deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
Assistin the management ofcreative specifications,creative delivery timelines,asset collection, and trafficking requirements
Assistwith publisher, supplier, and platform coordination as needed
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and delivering as expected
Help compile performance data, screenshots, and insights for reporting and optimizations, support testing initiatives
Troubleshoot basic delivery or creative issues and elevate as needed
Ensure compliance with brand safety, privacy regulations, and platform policies.
Qualifications
3+ years hands-on experience withdigital media buying platforms
Foundational knowledge of programmatic and/or paid social media buying
Familiarity with digital ad formats, creative specifications, and trafficking processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in execution-focused, fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within biddable and digital media
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with platforms such as: DV360, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager
Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other paid social platforms
Exposure to endemic or direct digital buying
Agency or in-house media team experience
Basic understanding of media metrics and performance KPIs
Curiosity inagriculturea plus
