What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives Meet annual sales goals as established by sales leadership Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and effective communication Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to meet sales targets Collaborate with underwriting, product, and compliance teams to align on deliverables related to broker relationships

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a proven presence in the broker marketplace College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data to support decision-making High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently while prioritizing organizational goals Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance
