As a Community Liaison, you will serve as a liaison between community partners (including hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities) and patients and their families. Your work includes analyzing market trends, identifying potential partners, and fostering relationships to support HealthFlex’s market leadership and delivery of essential services. Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting HealthFlex’s services and expanding the client base. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in your territory to adapt to dynamics and contribute to growth strategy. Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients and referral sources, including healthcare providers and facilities. Building Business Relationships: Establish and foster meaningful relationships to secure referrals and partnerships. Sales Techniques: Utilize a range of sales techniques, from cold-calling to in-service presentations and traditional marketing methods. Training is provided. Communication: Maintain ongoing, timely communication with internal and external partners to ensure smooth transitions into services and ongoing quality of care. Qualities We Value
