This role holds multiple vacancies. Key Account Manager & Net New Account Executive
You know enterprise growth doesn’t just come from landing new logos. It comes from building proper relationships, understanding where the value sits, and growing accounts in a way that makes sense for both sides. You’ve done it before in SaaS. Increased spend, spotted upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and turned good accounts into great ones.
What you want now real visibility across your designated accounts, autonomy to shape strategy, and to work with a product that genuinely fits its ICP. You’re motivated by seeing the impact of your work clearly, both in revenue growth and in your own progression.
This Enterprise Account Executive role gives you that opportunity. You’ll join a scaling SaaS business, reporting into the Enterprise Sales Director and focused on growing spend across key accounts. With clear progression, funded development, and a culture built around helping people thrive, it’s a role for someone who wants to see the results of their work and keep building from there.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you? Providing the construction industry with forward thinking asset management technology is our client’s goal. Created by industry experts, their platform harnesses the power of data to automate inefficiencies, coordinate assets, and help building projects run more smoothly.
As an employer, they’re forward thinking, modern, and focused on helping their people to thrive in their roles. You’ll benefit from unlimited learning opportunities, funded professional development, and regular ‘talent talks’ to help shape your career in a way that suits you.
Plus, you’ll access a benefits package that includes things like:
Flexible working hours and locations (hybrid)
2 weeks per year to work from anywhere
Company pension scheme
Medical coverage via insurance
Free access to Udemy
Generous annual leave entitlement (30 days)
Two paid days off per year for volunteering
What will your day to day look like ? Relationship building sits at the very heart of this role. You’ll be tasked with strategically expanding your accounts in the DACH region. How you’ll do that? An average week might include:
Developing and executing strategic plans to expand your customer accounts
Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Building and maintaining relationships with multiple account stakeholders
Addressing customer pain points to boost product usage
Managing renewals and expansion contracts in your accounts
Developing key accounts that can act as market references
Working to attract new logos in untapped regions
Building relationships with new customers
Consistently building a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Handling deal negotiations with new customers
This role will suit you if you…
Have sold SaaS/cloud tech solutions before
Are an experienced farmer or hunter
Can confidently up-sell and cross-sell in an existing customer base
Have a proven track record in acquiring new customers and new logos
Are fluent in German and English
