Manage relationships with key and high-value accounts to drive business growth

Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions

Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for large accounts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

7+ years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or equivalent roles

Experience in the healthcare technology space, specifically with payer, provider, or vendor

Proficiency in handling complex negotiations and account management

Advanced analytical skills for interpreting and leveraging sales data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with risk adjustment software

Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members

In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Capability to develop and implement customized solutions for clients

Proficiency in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools
