Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways to assist with booking their location and dates
Utilize salesmanship and customer service skills to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
Ensure tour volume for resorts by effectively communicating with guests
Work independently while being detail-oriented and self-motivated
Participate in a structured training program to develop necessary skills for success
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must reside within 50 miles of Orlando, FL

Previous experience in the vacation ownership or travel industry
Strong persuasive communication skills with a positive and outgoing demeanor
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
