Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways or received free nights to assist with booking
Utilize persuasive sales techniques and exceptional customer service skills to increase revenue and ensure tour volume
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers
Work independently while being detail-oriented and self-motivated
Participate in a comprehensive training program to prepare for post-training schedules
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Availability for flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Only candidates from the Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality or travel industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
