What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support in-house and external counsel in gathering case facts, coordinating with business stakeholders, and interviewing relevant parties
Assist with the discovery process including document collection, drafting responses, and utilizing eDiscovery tools
Research, draft, and review various legal documents such as subpoenas and settlement agreements
Maintain and oversee document retention notices and assess document relevance across business units
Project manage legal projects and assist with the development of efficient operational processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS or BA degree or paralegal certification with a minimum of 5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team with minimal supervision
Knowledge of e-discovery tools and workflows for data management
Proficiency in software including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and others

Previous experience working in a technology company environment
Demonstrated legal analysis and research skills
