What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead sales within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed individual sales targets

Maintain and grow market share with existing customers

Serve as a strategic partner to fleet customers across all stages of account management

Collaborate with teams and partner dealers to ensure fleet needs are fully met

Develop sales strategies that drive growth within existing accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):

3 years of sales experience combined with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of sales experience as an equivalent

Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer relationships

Ability to identify growth opportunities by developing or executing innovative sales strategies

Background in business-to-business sales is considered an advantage

Strong expertise in solution-focused selling

Solid time-management skills and strong business and financial acumen

Organizational know-how and strong negotiation skills
