What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead sales within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed individual sales targets

Maintain and grow market share with existing customers

Serve as a strategic partner to fleet customers across all stages of account management

Develop sales strategies that drive growth within existing accounts, aligned with the employer's overall commercial product strategy

Promote the value of the employer’s Total Solution to win with fleet customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

3 years of sales experience combined with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of sales experience as an equivalent

Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer relationships

Ability to identify growth opportunities by developing or executing innovative sales strategies

Background in business-to-business sales (considered an advantage)

Strong expertise in solution-focused selling

Solid time-management skills and strong business and financial acumen

Organizational know-how and strong negotiation skills
