What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead sales efforts within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed individual sales targets

Maintain and grow market share with existing customers while identifying new opportunities

Serve as a strategic partner to fleet customers throughout all stages of account management

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall commercial product strategy

Promote Goodyear's Total Solution offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

3 years of sales experience combined with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of sales experience as an equivalent

Proven experience in managing strategic customer relationships

Ability to identify growth opportunities through innovative sales strategies

Background in business‑to‑business sales is considered advantageous

Strong negotiation skills and organizational know‑how
