Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
