Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for project delivery and execution
Help translate client business objectives into clear SEO strategies in partnership with subject matter experts
Manage end-to-end management of projects by developing project plans along with stakeholders and partners
Provide clear, data-driven updates on project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies
Lead client status meetings, sprint reviews, roadmap sessions, and quarterly planning discussions
Navigate escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented communicationOwn Jira updates for organization and optimization across workstreams, as well as participate in planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of digital project management experience within a digital marketing agency
Demonstrated client-facing leadership experience managing enterprise or complex accounts
Advanced hands-on experience in managing Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
Experience managing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
Proven ability to manage timelines, scope, and client expectations simultaneously
Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
Curiosity to learn about new current SEO trends, keeping up to-date with industry best practices to anticipate potential impacts on client programs
