Job Summary and Description This is a student position with the Revenue Contracts team. The student plays an important role supporting operations for the Revenue Contracts team. The primary responsibility is to help maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system throughout the funding agreement process, from creation to execution, ensuring data records are accurate and complete for business reports.

Key Responsibilities

Support intake process for contract agreement requests

Request export control reviews of funding agreements

Provide support to ensure correct customer information and authorized affiliates/subsidiaries in system record

File and maintain accurate records in CLM of key correspondence for funding agreements

Begin developing capabilities to create and maintain various reports for the Revenue Contracts team for contract and performance tracking

Education & Experience

Candidate must be a full-time undergraduate student

Pursing degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science preferred

Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

Computer skills in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Customer Service mind-set

Well-organized with good time management skills

Strong initiative with capability of performing multiple tasks with a moderate level of direction, while having the judgment to know when to ask for direction

Aptitude for fast learning

Strong analytical skills

Skills & Attributes

At least 1 year of previous work experience in an office environment is preferred

Ability to work independently, quickly, and efficiently while ensuring self-accuracy

Meticulous attention to detail

Good time management skills

Strong initiative with capability of performing multiple tasks with a moderate level of direction while having the judgment to know when to ask for direction

Aptitude for fast learning

Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

The hourly rate range for Student positions are:

Undergraduate: $16-29 per hour

Masters: $27-33 per hour

Ph.D: $31-36 per hour

These ranges are an estimate, and the actual hourly rate may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The hourly rate may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

As an EPRI Student, you will not participate in EPRI's Benefit Programs which includes health insurance, retirement benefits, vacation, sick leave (except as set required by law) and holiday pay. However, as a Student employee you are eligible for the benefits of Social Security, State Disability Insurance, and Workers' Compensation Insurance.

For Student positions which require one to relocate to an EPRI office, relocation assistance is not provided and the student will be responsible for covering all relocation costs/expenses.

EPRI participates in E-Verify, an online system operated jointly by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration (SSA). EPRI uses the system to check the work status of new hires by comparing information from the employee's I-9 form against SSA and Department of Homeland Security databases.
