What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for presentations and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage transaction information and reporting
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
Strong communication skills for client interactions and presentations
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
