What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Draft and process all requests for service and client initiation documents
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Strong communication skills for preparing presentations and reports
Background in client feedback coordination and surveys
Knowledge of financial analysis related to real estate transactions
