
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
Work Schedule: Hybrid work model – Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday through Thursday in-office. Initial training will be conducted onsite.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial accounts, handling all lines and coverages.
Provide exceptional daily client service, including renewals and addressing client inquiries.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business, with the majority of marketing handled by a Senior Marketing Account Manager.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid model, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
