We are partnering with a long-standing Akkodis client that is looking to add a skilled SaaS Application Administrator and Power Platform Specialist to their team. In this role, you will help with the configuration, support and integration of a variety of 3rd party SaaS applications that are critical to day to day operations.
This is a long-term contract opportunity based out of the Macomb/Chesterfield, MI area and will 1-2 days per week on-site, otherwise remote. Target compensation for this role will depend on experience but will be somewhere around $40.00 - $55.00 per hour + benefits like medical, dental, vision and others.
Job Responsibilities for the SaaS Administrator & Power Platform Specialist
This role bridges IT administration and business automation, ensuring our SaaS tools are secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs while delivering impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform While the power platform is a significant part of this role, it will also be responsible for ensuring our SaaS based security solutions are optimized to protect our clients The role will include direct interaction with clients at a high level, so strong customer service and project coordination skills are also a must SaaS Administration Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Kaseya Security Suite, and other third-party platforms) Manage user access, licensing, roles, and permissions across SaaS environments Job Qualifications for the SaaS Administrator & Power Platform Specialist
