Commercial Lines Account Manager Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing small business accounts and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client management. Compensation Package

Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with revenue between $2M-$3M, focusing on small business accounts with policy sizes ranging from $0-$50K.

Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager and team to meet departmental goals.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications / Requirements

Licenses: Active 2-20 license is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Proactive problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Work Environment: This is an in‑office position. Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
