Role Overview We are seeking a high‑performing

Enterprise Hunter

to drive new logo acquisition for

Condense , Zeliot’s real‑time data streaming platform. This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise customers across the US market.

You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle and play a critical role in expanding Condense’s footprint within complex, data‑driven organizations. This is a quota‑carrying role and critical to Zeliot’s growth in USA. This is a founding sales engineer for Condense in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and convert enterprise prospects into customers for

Condense .

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders (CIOs, architects, engineering heads).

Understand customer pain points, map them to

Condense ’s value proposition, and articulate clear ROI.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.

Work closely with marketing for campaign alignment and demand generation.

Accurately forecast pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Represent Zeliot at industry events, conferences, and partner meetups.

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of enterprise software or data infrastructure sales experience.

Proven track record of selling platforms like Kafka or other real‑time data solutions.

Deep understanding of data streaming, event‑driven architectures, and cloud‑native infrastructure.

Consultative selling mindset with a customer‑first attitude.

Strong executive presence with experience in navigating complex sales cycles (6–12 months).

Comfortable discussing technical concepts with data engineers and architects.

Experience working in startups or early‑stage high‑growth environments is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Exposure to verticals like

automotive, industrial IoT, mobility

is advantageous.

Selling knowledge of Kafka‑based data streaming platforms is a recommended skill; understanding of MQTT, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Kubernetes is a plus.

Worked/working for Confluent, Cloudera, Aiven, DataDog or any other relevant data streaming companies is a great plus.
