What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own and define UpGuard’s Sales Methodology, ensuring consistent execution across all sales teams

Create and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and templates to support the sales process

Deliver high‑quality sales excellence programs and coaching sessions to enhance team skills

Analyze data with RevOps to implement programs that improve win rates and deal velocity

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):

7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment

Proven track record of driving performance across the sales cycle, including outbound, closing, and expansion roles

Experience in architecting and sustaining sales methodologies at scale, such as MEDDPICC or Challenger

Ability to provide real‑time coaching on live deals and enhance negotiation skills

Demonstrated success in designing learning paths and sales assets that translate strategies into executable behaviors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

Proficiency in using CRM data to identify skill gaps and measure enablement effectiveness

Collaborative approach to align cross‑functional teams toward shared revenue goals

Structured project‑management skills to ensure effective launch and adoption of initiatives
