Business Development Specialist
to drive growth across our Data, AI, BI, and Cloud consulting services. This role is centered on
solution-based consulting sales , positioning CCS Global Tech as a strategic transformation partner rather than a staffing vendor.
What You Will Do
Lead consultative sales conversations with CIOs, CDOs, Heads of Data, and Digital leaders
Sell end-to-end
Data & AI transformation initiatives
Position CCS capabilities across AI & GenAI, automation, analytics, BI modernization, and cloud-native data platforms
Identify transformation opportunities through discovery and business value alignment
Shape Statements of Work (SOWs) and consulting proposals
Partner with delivery architects to design scalable, outcome-driven solutions
Close and grow
$100K+ consulting engagements
What We Are Looking For
3–5 years of strong business development or account management experience
2–5 years selling
IT consulting services
(not purely staffing)
Proven experience closing consulting deals, ideally $100K+
Background selling one or more of: AI/GenAI programs, data engineering & analytics, BI modernization, or cloud data platforms
Strong discovery, executive communication, and solution-selling skills
Open to San Diego local or remote (East Coast preferred); willing to travel
