
Director/Senior Director - New Business Development

LTM is seeking a high‑energy, self‑motivated professional with sound business insight and growth instincts within the Communications, Media & Entertainment space. The Senior/Principal Director – Business Development is responsible for business penetration and expansion into new accounts and capability pursuits in existing domain. We are looking for individuals with a strong network that have worked for or sold into the Media and Entertainment (Gaming) Industry.
Responsibilities
Selling Digital, Cloud, Data & insights and Enterprise Tech solutions preferably in Telecommunications
Should have quota carrying experience.
Collaborates with internal teams, service lines and executive leadership as part of the sales cycle
Drives proposal process and participates in proposal development
Drives campaigns, events and other pipeline building activities
Constructs deals in accordance to profitability goals
Facilitates and actively participate in contract negotiations, contract management and closure.
Develop new relationships with C level executives within the Telecom sector for target accounts
Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
Required Skills / Qualifications
Strong business development/sales skills, must be used to quota carrying position
Experience in managing customers, prospects and partnerships
Experience in selling global services and/or enterprise class digital solutions
Solutions-oriented by nature and is consultative in approach to selling
Good relationship and networking capabilities
Creative thinker and deal maker
10-12+ years of successful experience selling IT services and Digital services
Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend
Capable of dealing at C-level and achieving large order values
Excellent communication and presentation skillsAble to develop effective presentations with limited support
Education Pay Range Base Salary : $140,000 per annum to $170,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.
In addition, we offer a commission which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
