to own and optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey across two brand websites, CRM integrations, and marketing automation platforms. This role blends
UX, CRO, SEO, analytics, and creative execution
to drive lead generation, conversion, and engagement.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize the digital experience for two high-traffic brand websites
Partner with agencies to drive
UX improvements, SEO performance, and CRO
Manage integrations with
CRM, marketing automation, GTM, Google Analytics, and call tracking
Oversee marketing automation and speed-to-lead workflows
Support creative needs including digital assets, sales collateral, and social creative
Manage Google Business Profiles and reputation tools across locations
What We’re Looking For
5+ years managing brand or lead-generation websites
Strong experience in
SEO, CRO, analytics, and CMS platforms
Working knowledge of
CRM and marketing automation systems
Ability to collaborate across marketing, IT, agencies, and creative partners
