We have partnered with a high-growth consumer brand preparing to significantly scale its paid acquisition efforts across Meta. This is a high-impact, in-office leadership role. Creative is the growth engine of the business, and we are hiring someone who can concept, sell, and execute direct-response creative that drives measurable revenue. We are not looking for brand storytelling. We are looking for conversion-driving content. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing performance creative that sells which includes strong hooks, CTAs, and demo-driven formats etc. Portfolio quality will be the primary filter. What You’ll Own Develop and execute direct-response creative strategy across paid social Concept ideas from scratch; hooks, scripts, angles, offers, objections, and positioning Translate performance data into new creative iterations and testing hypotheses Build structured creative testing roadmaps to systematically improve CAC and ROAS Produce and oversee high-velocity creative output (UGC, demo videos, statics, variations) Manage and brief external agencies and creators when applicable Ensure creative and media buying strategy operate in lockstep Maintain consistent creative volume to support scaling budgets Continuously identify winning concepts and retire underperformers quickly What Success Looks Like Clear creative systems that generate continuous new test-ready assets Direct-response ads that clearly communicate value and drive action Faster iteration cycles and improved acquisition efficiency Strong alignment between creative strategy and paid media performance Creative that can scale spend without degrading efficiency Qualifications Experience with paid social creative Experience scaling DTC brands with meaningful Meta spend Strong understanding of performance hooks, offers, objections, and buyer psychology Demonstrated ability to concept and execute conversion-driven creative Experience analyzing performance metrics and applying learnings to creative iteration Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, in-office environment Portfolio that clearly demonstrates creative selling capability
