— a highly skilled creative professional with a deep foundation in traditional design principles and practices, alongside a curiosity for emerging technologies. While this role will report directly to the
Creative Director,
you will collaborate across Creative, Executive Leadership, Brand Strategy, Marketing, and Technology to help bridge creative work with the company’s technical evolution. You will help guide the integration of AI tools in a way that protects and elevates our brand — strengthening visual sophistication, brand consistency, and marketing messaging at every stage. This role begins with taste. A strong understanding of how to shape a compelling brand message through typography, color theory, pacing and composition is essential. From that foundation, you will help build scalable creative systems across the organization. Interpret and elevate brand identity across multiple media and platforms Develop scalable creative frameworks grounded in strong visual fundamentals Build AI-enabled workflows that protect and reinforce brand standards Develop brand-trained prompt frameworks that maintain tone, voice, and visual consistency Support cross-functional teams in producing high-quality, brand-aligned creative What You Will Do
Refine and elevate brand expression across print, video, web, and digital channels Build structured creative systems grounded in strong design fundamentals Develop and refine AI-generated assets with a trained creative eye Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual and storytelling frameworks Collaborate with the technology team to integrate creative systems into evolving platforms Organize and maintain asset ecosystems for clarity, accessibility, and consistency Be able to present ideas and creative rationale clearly to executive leadership and overall enterprise What Success Looks Like
1-6 months: Have a clear understanding of current brand assets and creative workflows Establish clear, documented visual and narrative standards adaptable to AI systems Begin implementing AI-supported workflows for recurring marketing outputs 6-12 months: Significantly improve creative efficiency while maintaining or elevating brand quality Develop a structured AI Brand System Manual (visual principles, narrative voice, prompting frameworks) Support internal education around creative tools and standards Reduce production bottlenecks through better systems and documentation Creative quality and clarity should grow alongside efficiency.
