What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders

Track and report on lease expirations and critical dates for transactions

Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with brokers and associated parties

Support the transactions team with documentation for various real estate processes

Assist in preparing market and demographic information for presentations and meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license

Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents

Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficient in data manipulation and reporting for real estate portfolios

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX transaction management technology

Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and market research

Excellent communication skills for drafting transaction documents and reports

Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting functions

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
