What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service to both internal and external stakeholders
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Track and report critical lease expirations and other important dates
Gather and prepare market and demographic information for presentations and meetings
Draft and process transaction–related documents, including RFPs and LOIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real‑estate transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real‑estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with real‑estate technology platforms such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a client‑facing role within the real‑estate sector
