What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report critical dates, including upcoming lease expirations
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and assist with documentation throughout the transaction management process
Draft and process various transactional documents and facilitate commission invoicing
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real estate market research and data analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in client-facing roles within the real estate sector
