What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Draft and process requests for service and client initiation documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with financial analysis and reporting in real estate
Familiarity with real estate technology platforms like Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Proven ability to coordinate client feedback and surveys
Knowledge of market and demographic research methodologies
Previous roles in a client-facing capacity within the real estate sector
