What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes to support the transactions team
Draft and process all requests for service, client initiation documents, and co-broker engagement letters
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting for reporting purposes
Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with commercial real estate market research and demographic analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
Previous experience in client feedback coordination and surveys
Knowledge of financial analysis related to real estate transactions
