What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Draft and process client initiation documents and engagement letters
Ensure and manage the quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
Strong communication skills for client presentations and meetings
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
