What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices
Draft and process all service requests and client initiation documents
Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with real estate market research and analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the real estate industry
