What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Coordinate financial analysis and assist with reporting functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in using technology and software related to transaction management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Fusion, CoStar, REFLEX, or other transaction management technology
Familiarity with market and demographic analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in a client-facing role
