What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for presentations and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with transaction management technologies such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Familiarity with financial analysis related to real estate transactions
Knowledge of market trends and demographic analysis
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a client-facing role within real estate
