RESPONSIBILITIES
Define project objectives by assessing current state from different points of view.
Conduct assessments to measure impact of change on people, programs, processes, and technology
Analyze internal data from various resources and market trends to develop solutions for implementation
Use end-to-end thinking and problem-solve beyond tasks, ensuring associate experience and business support is not compromised
Lead the creation of actionable deliverables such as communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
Quantify project progression, define measurements for success and track return on investments
Work collaboratively across HR teams and business units to gain alignment on the vision for the future state
Develop effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success
Manage day-to-day operations of change projects to ensure on schedule, on budget, and in-scope delivery
Execute a change framework and drive continuous improvement activities to enhance internal change capabilities
Travel 25% to stores, divisions, and corporate offices

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum
Bachelors Degree operations management, human resources, business or related degree
Any demonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools and best practices; possess a broad knowledge of human resource principles and practices
3+ years of progressive project management, process improvement or human resource experience
Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences
Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Comfortable working in a high volume, fastpaced, rapidly changing, resultsoriented work environment

Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification
