What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Assist the transactions team with documentation throughout the transaction management process
Handle general administrative duties and ensure timely transaction information entry into databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents such as leases and agreements
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with financial analysis and reporting functions in a real estate context
Familiarity with transaction management technology, such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
