What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally

Track and report on upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates

Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers

Assist the transactions team with necessary documentation throughout the transaction management process

Prepare negotiation summaries and facilitate commission invoicing

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license

Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents

Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with real estate market analysis and reporting tools

Familiarity with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX

Strong communication skills for preparing transaction communication tools and packages

Ability to coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys

Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
