What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Track and report on lease expirations and other critical dates
Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in the documentation process for various transactions
Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and departmental support
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with real estate market research and data analysis
Familiarity with transaction management technology and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPI) tracking
